In order to

2. Assure the high quality of ISADS;
We have to complete the TQC
(Total Quality Control) of papers.
We have checked the format and layout of all papers that submitted to ISADS05,
and found near 90% of paper should improve their papers in format and layout

Important Notice: (Dec.22,2004)
On the Spot Registration (Option only for Participants from out side China): Participants from out side China, if you cannot pay through wire transfer, you may submit the registration charges in US Dollars at the registration counter before entering the symposium hall. However, they have to confirm their registration in advance before the Jan. 1,2005. Note that: the on-site registration will pay an Extra fee 50USD.

Instruction to Authors
Dear
Author(s),
Your
paper is accepted to be presented at ISADS2005, the 7th International Symposium
on Autonomous Decentralized System, or
workshops(WCCIA05/IWADS05/AHSP05/WAC05(WAGEN05)) in conjunction with
ISADS2005, and to be published in the Proceedings of the
symposium, contingent upon the following conditions:
1.
At least one of the authors of each paper must present the paper at the
symposium, and pay the full Author Registration fee $450. The ¡°Author
Registration Form¡±(Word) is appended to this letter. Note that the domestic
(from China) author(s) please see ¡°Domestic Author Registration Form¡±(Word)
for more details.
2.
An author or co-author can present only one paper at the symposium (that is, if
a person is a co-author of two papers, that person can only present one of the
papers).
3.
Each paper is limited to EIGHT pages(ISADS05's paper only) in the Proceedings in the format according
to the instructions (Word,
PDF)by the IEEE Computer Society¡¯s Manuscript Format(Word,
PDF). If a
paper exceeds eight pages, then the payment on the Author Registration Form for
the paper must include $150 per page beyond the eighth page for up to a maximum
of ten pages total.
Note that: the workshop¡¯ paper cannot be exceeded 6 pages.
4. Your camera-ready paper for the Proceedings must submitted to ISADS05:

Note that Workshop paper must submit to organizers according to the insturctioin by
each workshop organizer .
The Deadline of submission is: Jan.1, 2005!
According
to the IEEE¡¯s instruction, NEW CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION
REQUIREMENTS IN EFFECT IN 2005: In order to optimize the online usage of IEEE
conference proceedings, IEEE has implemented new requirements for the electronic
submission of proceedings in PDF format. These requirements are mandatory for all sponsored and
co-sponsored 2005 conferences.

The Author Registration Form, Registration
fee (plus extra page charges, if any) and IEEE
Copyright form must be received by the ISADS05 through EMS no later than
Jan. 1, 2005 at the address mentioned in the Author Registration Form.

6.
The author kit, including the format of manuscript and instructions about how to
format your manuscript can also download from
http://isads05.swjtu.edu.cn/authors.htm
7.
The comments and recommendations from the reviewers of your paper have been e-mailed, to you
with Notification e-mail. The authors must try to revise their paper in
response to these comments and recommendations during preparation of the
camera-ready copy of the paper.
8.
For the presentation, the symposium will provide one overhead projector and an
appropriate screen. Audio-visual equipment can be provided at the request of the
presenter.
9.
ISADS2005 symposium and all of Workshops Author Registration fee includes: one copy of the
Proceedings, admission to the Welcome Reception, and one Symposium Banquet.
10.
Hotel accommodation information and reservation form as well as sightseeing
tours will be sent to you no later than Feb. 1, 2005.
11.
This applies to all workshops in conjunction with ISADS2005.
